Xp up to windows 10, some have success with using r20 with 7 and 8 or vista, I know a guy who uses a 5000 for ham and never had ability to upgrade or wanted to since he believes in analog and didn't need any dsp improvements, uses r14 or 15 since 2012 or so in windows 10 now without issue.
